Recently, a scam was reported in Delhi where parents were forced to pay money for admitting their child in any prestigious school of Delhi. Some rules and regulations made by the government for children belonging to EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) of the society so that they can receive education in one of the esteemed schools in the national capital of the country. But some of the unaided recognised private schools were not following these guidelines, so DoE organised 24 teams for inspecting the records of admissions of weaker sections in Delhi schools.

How to Report Nursery Admission Fraud or Scam in Delhi
If anyone in these schools is found violating the government rules to give access and other facilities to children of economically weaker or deprived sections, the will be punished for its acts by district education officer.
An online portal is made by the Delhi government for parents so that they can report any violation like increment in fees or donation by the school authorities.
Schools are strictly instructed to follow the rules made by the government, and they have to display their admission procedure on their notice board and websites to show transparency. 25% seats are reserved for economically weaker sections, and deprived class in these schools and education ministry will decide by draw on the computer for giving final admission on these seats.
If a student belonging to EWS/DG is not getting admission in the nursery class in these schools, the school authorities are instructed to tell the reason to his parents.
